Connect Your Social Networks

We’ve recently added a new feature called Social Connect to your Brand Profiles. The feature will remain free while in beta and currently supports Twitter (and very soon, Facebook).

What does this do?
Users will be able to “auto-publish” to various social networks each time they publish a pitch. When you click the publish button on a specific pitch, we will post it to your brand’s Twitter followers and on the Facebook Page for a particular brand.

For those of you that subscribe to our Newsroom, Premium or Agency plans , you’ll see additional functionality. Once you connect a social network to your brand, we will add a tab to the streams (gray box) on your brand’s newsroom. This will enable readers to not only read your latest posts, but also connect with you on various networks.

How do I activate?
Simply login to your account and click on the brand you wish to connect. Choose “edit brand profile” and then click the “sharing” or “social connect” button from the menu at the right. Once connected, you can choose whether to auto-publish every pitch or not.

We’ll soon be adding other social networks too. And, with this new integration we’ll be able to serve up all sorts of data and analytics related to your pitches and their performance on your networks. Lots to look forward to in the coming weeks!
