Anyone can use our support email (email@example.com) to submit a ticket. We will respond to all tickets within 1 business day or sooner.
Paid Subscribers: We offer our paid subscribers phone support from 8am-5pm MST, we can be reached at 307-855-4011. If you call after-hours leave us a message and we will get back to you within 1 business day. If you’re request is “urgent“ meaning that you’re unable to make a time sensitive pitch live before we are back in the office at 8am MST. Give us a call at 307-855-4011 and you will be directed to an after-hours voicemail box where you can leave a detailed description of the issue you’re having; your brand name, and the email you use to log into PitchEngine. We’re generally able to respond within the hour for urgent requests.
Free Users: Submit a ticket HERE or click on the support tab in the lower right hand corner of you screen. Unless we’re experiencing abnormally large support volume, we’re generally able to respond within one business day.
